Dear Sir, I
have just finished reading your "Toy
Soldiers.'' What a delight it was! Thank you for
expressing so many things that I would have been unable to say as well,
yet, would agree with and feel so wholeheartedly.
I too played with toy
soldiers, ventured into historical studies (devouring
anything to do with the military) ...discovered
Napoleon ( being so impressed with meritocracy among many
other points )..went forward to political thinking, chess, etc.
There are so many similarities
- I was astonished......and my point ? That although I've been
so engrossed in such things, I too am a very peaceful person. A
musician, a Christian and a family man.
