Comments by the artist: “For a long time in my teens, I practiced judo, eventually reaching a brown belt before I had to move. This painting is inspired by the stories I heard there about young children becoming master practitioners (judoka) before even reaching puberty.

“This video is about thirty minutes of painting, compressed. I hope you enjoy it!”
