Mr. Stolyarov's Articles,
Formerly on Helium.com
"Shake off all the fears of servile prejudices, under which weak minds are servilely crouched. Fix reason firmly in her seat, and call on her tribunal for every fact, every opinion."
~ Thomas Jefferson
This is a list of articles by Mr. Stolyarov which have been published on the now-defunct Helium.com, formerly a competitive member-created database of articles. In 2007, it was Mr. Stolyarov's intent to improve the quality of the literature available on Helium.com through the publication of his works. Both the prevailing content and writing style of many articles on Helium.com were wanting, but the nature of the site's structure allowed improvements to article quality to be made via a free-market process - by means of members adding articles of their own which are superior to the predominant sort. Unfortunately, incremental deleterious changes to Helium.com's structure eventually prevented its business model from being viable, and Helium.com closed in 2014. However, the articles that Mr. Stolyarov published there are also hosted on The Rational Argumentator and are accessible from this page.
